Our 2010 vintage is made in the traditional French method, the Alexandra Sparkling is a toasty expression which is underpinned by a tight and linear note of Granny Smith apple, melon and citrus flavours. This premium, late disgorged sparkling has matured on lees for 7 years providing lifted aromatics and a beautifully refined textured clean finish to the finely structured palate. Starting with the first vintage produced in 1993 it has been a consistent medal winner at the Tasmanian Wine Show.
Our signature Tasmanian highland sparkling. Picked at the perfect time to balance sweetness and acidity. Named after our daughter, the Alaska represents the wild and beautiful. On lees for 1-3 years, it's young, fresh palette is best enjoyed in the company of friends. On lees, expected release December 2020.
Ripening on the vines for a looonnng season, our vintage 2019 was one of the last grapes to be picked in Tasmania. The late harvest provides complex flavours, rich buttery notes and best enjoyed with curry and spicy flavours. Limited Release February 2020.
